You can ask us to permanently delete your HerbEye account and the data associated with it. Follow the three steps below.
How to request account deletion
- Email us at admin@quomodoxllc.com
from the email address you used to register your HerbEye account. We can only
verify your identity if the request comes from that address.
2. Use the subject line "HerbEye account deletion request".
You can also use the button below, which fills in the subject and message for you.
3. Send the email. We verify your request and delete youraccount within 30 days. We email you to confirm once it is done.

What we delete
- Your account identity: email address, display name, sign-in credentials and user ID
- Your plant and plant-disease identification history, and any photos you uploaded
- Your saved plants, remedies, notes and in-app preferences
- Your search history and app activity data
- Your in-app credit balance, including any unused credits. Unused credits are non-refundable.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and purchase records — up to 7 years. Accounting, tax and fraud-prevention law requires us to retain these.
- Other legally required records — only as long as the law requires.
- Anonymised, aggregated usage data — retained indefinitely.
This data can no longer identify you.

You can ask us to erase the data HerbEye has collected about you while keeping your account and your credit balance intact.
How to request data deletion
- Email us at admin@quomodoxllc.com from the email address registered to your HerbEye account, so we can verify the request is yours.
2. Use the subject line "HerbEye data deletion request" and tell us whether you want all of your data erased or only part of it. The button below fills this in for you.
3. Send the email. We process your request within 30 days of verifying it and email you to confirm.

What we keep, so your account keeps working
